EXECUTION
We handle all on-site event management, from venue and vendors, to stage management, to attendee relations and beyond, to deliver a world-class experience for your attendees.
POST PRODUCTION
We tie up all loose ends including strike, vendor/venue billing, auditing and reconciliation, transfer of all digital assets as well as a post-mortem analysis to provide key client insights.

Lana Spivak, former COO and Head of Finance for Summit, is an operations and finance ninja with a proven track record of producing world-class events while simultaneously and expertly managing to budgets.
Her journey began with a fervent desire to blend creativity with financial prudence. Over the years, she successfully employed these critical skills to spearhead the execution of some of the most prestigious and exclusive business and community-based events.
Whether it’s mass-scaling executive conferences for Bisnow Media, where she oversaw operations, or building a multi-thousand community member flagship series for Summit, Lana’s ability to forecast needs, oversee logistics and have a keen grasp on budget has allowed her to continue to push the boundaries of event production.

SUMMIT AT SEA
Over the course of 4 private charters for 2,000+ attendees, we customized the ship from top to bottom and reimagined what it means to connect at sea.

SUMMIT LA
We transformed parking lots, took over theaters & worked with over 15 venues to take 3,000+ Summiters on an incredible 3-day journey

A first-of-its-kind gathering for the world’s most powerful network of women, ChiefX featured main stage speakers, breakout sessions, activities, networking, & unique dinners fostering strong bonds & community

CHIEF TEAM OFFSITE
For the first time since the pandemic, 250+ Chief team members reunited for 3 days of team bonding, goal setting, alignment, and revelry.

WEWORK EXECUTIVE RETREATS & OFFSITES
Produced multiple offsites for WeWork Leadership Teams in many different settings including Israel, Amangiri, Sausalito and Washington, D.C. We help teams connect, build and grow together.

SUMMIT POWDER MOUNTAIN SERIES
Designed and executed a full-service, year-round event series to host 100-300 attendees for a 3-day experience to include F&B, programming, entertainment and recreational activities.

ESCAPE/ASCENT EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE
Gathering the country’s preeminent commercial real estate executives for an exclusive biannual 3-day conference including offsite dining and activities.

ALTSO ROCKTOBERFEST CONCERT
Annual multi-city, rock concert raising funds for non-profit ALTSO. Includes a full night of food & beverage, a dozen live bands, multiple stages and donation coordination.
