Cara is a seasoned experience strategist with 15+ years designing and producing world-class events for executives, investors, and high-growth communities.
Her career has taken her from the early days of Summit Series — where she helped build one of the most iconic conference and community brands in the world — to WeWork, where she led experiential marketing across the US, Canada, and Israel. As Senior Director of Events and Programming at Chief, she built and ran a best-in-class events operation for a network of 20,000+ executive women, bringing in speakers like Michelle Obama, Gloria Steinem, Esther Perel, Indra Nooyi, and Sara Blakely.
Cara's expertise lies in curating meaningful experiences for high-caliber executives, leaders, and diverse communities. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that every endeavor — whether for an intimate gathering or thousands — is executed with intention and leaves a lasting impression.
Lana Spivak

Before founding Aura Experiences, Lana led operations at Bisnow, where she scaled the company into a major events business that was acquired by private equity in 2016. She went on to serve as COO and Head of Finance at Summit Series, leveraging her deep expertise in operations and finance to deliver world-class events — all managed within seven-figure budgets.
Lana’s career has been driven by a passion for blending creativity with financial discipline. She has consistently used this combination to lead the successful execution of some of the most prestigious and exclusive business and community events.
From scaling large-scale executive conferences to launching flagship series with thousands of members, Lana brings a unique ability to anticipate needs, manage complex logistics, and maintain a sharp focus on the financial strategy required to make it all happen
